1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the community guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate them.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the comments, ratings, and request briefs you contribute. By posting, you give Wallideas a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content as part of the service.

5. Wallpaper licensing & copyright

All wallpapers, graphics, layouts, copy, and other original content on Wallideas are owned by Wallideas or its contributors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use downloaded wallpapers as device wallpapers on devices you own.

You may not:

• copy, scrape, mirror, redistribute, or republish any wallpaper, asset, or page of Wallideas, in whole or in part;
• resell, license, or sublicense the content;
• use the content in commercial products, prints, merchandise, marketing, or training datasets;
• remove watermarks, attribution, or copyright notices;
• use automated tools (bots, scrapers, headless browsers) to bulk-download content.

Violations may result in account termination and legal action. To request written permission for any other use, contact us.

6. Requests

Submitting a request doesn't guarantee delivery. The Wallideas team chooses what to make based on community fit, originality, and capacity. Delivered wallpapers become part of the public gallery under the same license as the rest.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or remove accounts that violate the guidelines or these terms.

8. No warranty

Wallideas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service available, accurate, and safe — but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallideas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
