What to include in a notice
- Your name, address, phone, and email.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- A link or screenshot pointing to the specific content on Wallideas.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Email your notice to the address on the contact page. Use the subject line "DMCA Notice — Wallideas".
What we'll do
If the notice is valid, we'll remove or restrict access to the content and notify the user who posted it. Repeat infringers' accounts will be terminated.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can submit a counter-notice with the same details plus a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you consent to jurisdiction in your district and a sworn statement of good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake.
Bad-faith notices
Sending a knowingly false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages under applicable law.
